Fall 2020 Fitness Schedule

September 1 - December 31

All classes will be delivered on Zoom. Once you've signed up, you will be
emailed the link(s) to participate in the class(es).

Monday | 9 am

Stability Ball

Stability Ball is a full-body energizing workout! Classes vary 

between core, cardio and strength sets with the ball! A stability ball is a soft, light-weight ball that ranges in diameter.  

Thursday | 12 pm (noon)

Strength

Strength is a full-body workout created to tone all your muscles. Workouts include mobility, balance and strength-based exercises coupled with active rest. Classes are interval based, using 30 second sets, 1 minute sets and Tabata!

Tuesday | 12 pm (noon)

Cardio

Cardio is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic workout. This class includes high and low intensity cardio options designed to tone your body and improve your endurance.

Friday | 9 am

Stretch Yoga

Stretch Yoga will help you improve your flexibility through holding traditional yoga postures. This class will help you relax your mind while gently challenging, stretching, and relaxing your muscles.

Wednesday | 9 am

Resistance Band

Resistance Band is a combined full body workout. This class will tone your muscles using a resistance band and strengthen your core targeting the abdomen, obliques and back muscles. 

Saturday | 9:30 am

Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact workout, targeted to improve your glutes, core and upper body. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, range of motion and muscular balance.
